Appellate attorney, Mike Northrup, often handles disputes and appeals related to zoning.  Recently, he took a look at “ForwardDallas 2.0,” a plan under consideration by the Dallas, Texas City Council.

Mike penned an OpEd for The Dallas Morning News, noting that the vote will concern an “unvetted plan on land use” and would potentially open the door to future litigation.
